How to request account deletion
Follow the in-app steps. If you can’t access the app, use the “No-app access” form below or email us.

Open the Android app
Ensure you’re signed in with the account you want to delete.

Go to Profile → Account → Delete account
Review what is deleted or retained, then submit your request.

Verify ownership
We’ll verify via your registered mobile number (OTP). No UPI or bank data is requested by PYATOZ.
- 4
We process the deletion
After confirmation, we schedule deletion and send you a confirmation.
Heads-up
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Please submit a request using the steps above.

What we delete — and what we keep
PYATOZ provides mobile/DTH recharges & utility services. We do not offer UPI or bank linking.
Deleted on account deletion
- Account profile (name, mobile, email)
- Saved preferences & app settings
- Saved recharge beneficiaries / labels
- Device tokens used for notifications
- Support tickets linked to your account (except legal holds)
Retained (legal / operational)
- Transaction records & invoices (operator, amount, timestamp, masked numbers)
- Tax & accounting records required by Indian law
- Security, anti-fraud and audit logs
- Backup copies until overwritten by routine cycles
Retention periods
Transaction & accounting records may be retained for up to 8 years (e.g., Companies Act & tax requirements). Security/audit logs are typically retained for 180 days–24 months. Backups may persist for up to 90 days before being cycled. Data under a lawful request or dispute hold may be retained until resolution.
