Smart Pay Zone is a BBPS-certified digital payment platform operated by FINCORE PRIVATE LIMITED. It lets you recharge mobile and DTH connections, pay data card and postpaid bills, and settle BBPS biller categories from a single account, on the web or through our Android app.

Is Smart Pay Zone safe to use?

Yes. Payments are processed over SSL/TLS encrypted connections through the Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) via our banking partner IDFC Bank. We never store your full card or banking credentials, and every transaction follows the settlement and grievance standards defined by the RBI's BBPS framework.

Which operators and billers are supported?

We support 200+ payment providers, including all major mobile operators such as Airtel, Jio and Vi, and DTH providers such as Tata Play, Dish TV, D2H and Airtel Digital TV. Availability of an individual biller depends on that operator's status on the BBPS network at the time of payment.

How long does a recharge take to reflect?

Accepted Answer

Most mobile and DTH recharges are confirmed within a few seconds. Occasionally an operator holds a transaction in a pending state; these usually settle automatically within 48 to 72 hours and will either complete or reverse to your original payment method.

Question 5

My money was debited but the recharge failed. What happens?

Accepted Answer

That is treated as a failed transaction and is refunded in full. Many failures are auto-reversed by the operator or the BBPS network. If the amount has not returned, email Info@smartpayzone.in within 7 days of the transaction with your transaction ID, registered mobile number, date and amount. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method.

Can I cancel a recharge after paying?

Accepted Answer

No. Recharges and bill payments are executed in real time and cannot be cancelled once confirmed and submitted to the operator. Please double-check the mobile number, consumer number, operator and amount before you confirm a payment, as successful transactions to an incorrectly entered number are not refundable.

Do you charge any fees?

Accepted Answer

Any transaction or convenience charge that applies is shown to you before you confirm the payment, so you always see the final amount first. Charges already disclosed at the time of a successful payment are non-refundable.
